"The guy is nice however the AC was not working and he said the same thing to everyone that was checking in (AC just broke and it would be broken all weekend) I was driving two hours away to canceled last minute with no refund. It would of been nice to know in advance that the AC is not working. Pool needs cleaning as well."

"There was a fire at my son's apartment and i booked this hotel as an emergency. But then we decided that it was better for my son to come home instead of me going there. I tried calling the hotel and even sent them a message to check the possibility of canceling and getting a credit for the future stay but neither they picked the phone nor replied to my message."

"Loved the staff! I know they are trying their hardest. Overall experience though.. Only issue was they gave me a room that was dirty. I asked for a new one, no problem. Also the key card kept getting demagnetized. If you need just somewhere to lay your head for the night. This is the place."

"The hotel was kinda hidden so i like that. There wasnt any ghettos or anything. The place is clean and new. The walls were thin and they had no wifi. But the fridge and stove were cool. The bed was like just a cheap mattress. Weird feeling was theres like 4 doors to go through and you have to use your key through all of them while passing front desk. Just weird to me. I was to be sneaky in private :/"

"The staff was rude. There was poop on the toilet. There were holes on the bed. We took off the sheets. There were burn marks on the mattress. it smelt like cigarettes and water next to the toilet we ended up leaving after 7 minutes of torture and frankly I am pissed about the no refund even though I got a protection plan keep my money though it’s probably infested with bedbugs. I don’t want it back."
