"I was told that breakfast was included, but the charges for breakfast at the rate of 9 pounds per breakfast so we paid for four breakfast. Also also they charge us to have a cup of tea at night. I drank one cup each night and they charge me for 2 cups. It is very disappointing not only that but they charge us 2 pounds per night as some kind of tax I thought when we book that all the taxes are included, but they insist that I have to pay 4 pounds"

"Reception staff very helpful and polite. Room, bedsheets and other linen very clean. Air conditioner outside unit on the balcony made a constant noticeable noise. A water works failure one day meant the hotel staff cut our water supply while they were repairing, which took them a couple of hours. Then on day we were departing the electricity supply was cut off for entire morning, which was not a hotel issue but the local area."

"Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia…
When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia.
It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant."
