"We stayed for a night or more each week over the past month. It was on the second floor. Bad mistake for the cheaper rooms. Its complete with dust, bed bugs, filthy tubs, broken showers and leaky pipes to name a few. The AC in some rooms were non existent. What is worse is to be covered in red itchy welts from bed bugs. Not sure if they even wash those worn brown blankets. TV is just furniture - does not work or you get snow. Door locks are not always working properly to leave you secure. Then...

"If you looking for short stay with no amenities then it is fine for use this hotel. Plus point is they have good restaurant at ground floor"

"Rooms was nice-looking and relatively clean albeit small. There is no table or chair. There was car honking constantly at night and aircon was noisy and has bright LED that is distracting. There is no hair dryer. There was nice cafe outside called 3rd Junction Cafe and decent restaurant nearby for breakfast."

"Right in the Kluang centre, few minitues walk to Kluang mall and many eateries. Hotel is clean and no fuss for the price paid per night. "
