"Sound proofing of the rooms need to be greatly improved. Our rooms were upgraded 1 tier to the Superior Queen. These rooms come with balcony facing the main streets which are extremely noisy even during the wee hours as there are cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming by. It could be as simple as replacing the old wooden door leading to the balcony with ones that are properly sealed."

"Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"

"Bilik hanya ada barang asas. Tiada meja dan kerusi. Kerusi plastik boleh pinjam dari resepsi. Free parking sangat terhad. Ada 2 shj utk hotel. Yg lain first come. Banyak parking di basement tapi cajnya agak tinggi kalau overnight. Sangat gelap kalau parking di B2."
