"I understand these are tough times, but they have cut so far back on their services, that I would look elsewhere for a layover stay. e.g. airport shuttle only runs once per hour, so we had to wait 50 minutes at the airport on the way in, and had to miss the breakfast buffet on the way out. Another big strike: they would not offer early check in, despite the very low occupancy rate"

"Overall experience was good. Hotel was clean breakfast was good too. The staff needs to be more courteous & willing to offer help which was not seen. Although the occupancy of the hotel seemed quite full but in comparison they did not have airport transportation & even a bell boy to help out guests.
