"No AC, asked for it to be fixed 3 times—was brought up a heater. I can’t make this up. No towels for pool, stayed 3 nights, same issue every time. When asked for more towels, they said 20minutes, after an hour, still no towels. Literally ever night, for three nights. Elevators are horrible. On the left side of the building there are two elevators, Both are out of service. on the right side, There are three elevators only two are in service. Three nights stay was not asked if we want clean...

"We had a really good stay at Desert Palms Hotel & Suites. The location is excellent—super convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our trip much easier. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. Overall, a solid choice and I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Pros: my favorite part of this property was how friendly the staff. From start to finish everyone we encountered was very helpful and accommodating. Also, we were there to visit the Disney parks and the ease to get there was great - 10 min walk, max! Room was clean, beds were comfy and room was very spacious. Cons: property is old and the halls towards our room (bldg 4) had a muggy-old smell. Also, we didn’t see a restaurant on the property. Overall, we would consider to stay again. "

"The staff were friendly and nice, it’s not far from Disney and the area was clean and felt safe. Large parking lot. The only issue I had was the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors next to you and the people above you walking around."

"We loved our stay and there are so many positives! The rooms are spacious and the proximity to the park is excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to security. We also loved the scheduled room service breakfast and morning coffee. The large pool area was great, and the hotel has so many convenient extras like a FuelRod kiosk, an onsite restaurant, a lounge for drinks, and a market for anything you might have forgotten. The rate was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be coming back again...
