"We arrived later in the evening. The woman at the front desk checked us in and told me that I would love the room she had assigned us. The room was a multi-purpose room. It appears that is doubles as a reception room. There were double doors to enter the room and upon opening them, there was a very strong smelling unpleasant odor. "Convenient to airport with shuttle if needed. Lots of deferred maintenance. Thermostat in room didn’t work- unit was either on or off. Provided breakfast was typical of hotel buffet, but overcooked. Older building so noise from above not well controlled."

"I selected the hotel based on the favorable rating and positive reviews, but I should've read negative ones more carefully.
The hotel requires a major renovation. The room carpet so worn out, that it's hard to say if it's clean or not. It may be clean, but it doesn't look like it. Same with the bathroom.
The bathroom fan is making sound like a heavy plane.
The rooms are non-smoking, and smell like old smoke and mist. Probably from the lack of ventilation.

"For $700 per night the hotel need to provide much more. Table lamp had dust layer. Bathroom had 2 shampoo and one conditioner bottles - no body wash, shower door not closing completely, no complimentary water bottles. Beds were ok not super comfortable."
