"Staff friendly and service was great clean room"

"The room was clean and comfortable and quiet! I thought we would hear a lot of noise being close to the elevator, but you could barely hear anyone coming and going. It was perfect for a good night's sleep."

"The overall building and room accommodations were wonderful and met my expectations in terms of comfort and appearance. However, my experience with customer service was disappointing. I contacted the front desk a day in advance to inform them that I would be checking in late, yet upon arrival, the front desk attendant offered minimal engagement, simply placing a form in front of me and instructing me to “fill this out.” When I inquired about the fitness center, her response was abrupt and lacked courtesy. In addition, there were numerous takeout bags left outside guest room doors upon our arrival, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. I have stayed at this hotel brand before and have always enjoyed the rooms, but the staff at this location were not particularly welcoming. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am unsure whether I would choose to return to this location in the future."

"I was here for an event at the Lenovo Center. This was my second stay here in the past 2-3 years and my first stay was perfectly fine. However this time the sheets weren’t the cleanest and neither were the pillows so we just got ready for our event at the hotel and afterwards we came back and checked out and drove back home because we did not want to sleep in those beds. Will probably not be staying here again unfortunately."

There weren’t any pastries available for purchase that were mentioned when we checked in, which was a bummer but we just ended up going to another cafe. "
