Al Ebaa Hotel
8/10 Good
"Overall, it was a good room to stay in. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. **Bathroom:** The shower has glass panels, but the enclosure is not fully closed, leaving a wide gap. As a result, water easily splashes out onto the bathroom floor while showering. Although there is a drain, the floor still gets messy and slippery, which can be a safety concern. **Location and housekeeping:** The hotel is near the Haram, although I took a local cab to the Haram gate for 10 Saudi Riyals. The housekeeping staff also came to my room daily to clean the bathroom, which was great and much appreciated. **Bathroom amenities:** The hotel should provide better-quality toiletries, including modern hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Instead of small bottles and an outdated setup, I would recommend upgrading to more convenient, modern dispensers. **Room layout and safety:** I stayed in a quadruple room with four beds. When the beds are combined in pairs, with two beds on each side of the room, the lamps on both sides are positioned very low, directly above the guests' heads. This creates a risk of accidentally hitting your head, so guests need to be careful. Additionally, there are electrical outlets located right next to the pillows, which raises safety concerns, especially if someone accidentally touches them while sleeping. I recommend reviewing the room layout, particularly when arranging beds together, to ensure that the lamps and electrical outlets arepositionedsafel"
