"This hotel is scarier than The Shining. the vibe is just really off the second you step foot in it. they tried charging my card before check in. There’s a broken vending machine with only 3 Canada Drys in it.A parking spot shaped like a triangle. The garage door says “come closer” written in duct tape. The gym is carpeted. Tables or broken glass scattered throughout the common area. Every inch of carpet is dirty with mysterious stains. The elevator skipped a bead and went up while my friend was...

"Great comfortable hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a coffee/tea area in the lobby that was separate from the breakfast area so it was easy to get to and not crowded at any point. Best continental breakfast I've had in a long time as well. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again."

"We arrived at the hotel shortly after disembarking from our crisecship. The front desk agent went above and beyond to get us into our room that morning, well before normal check in time. The room was clean and well appointed. Later that day, we went to the bar and grill and had a good dinner. The shuttle service, provided within the room rate, was timely and got us to the airport on time! This hotel is totally orientedvto serving travelers in an efficient and amicable manner."
