"I think this hotel needs a renovation. The one in San Antonio where we stayed, Hampton Inn riverwalk was TERRIBLE! Not one day did they clean our room! People wee not as nice, they were a bit rude I would say. Also the parking was also new for mi. Thankfully I have a permit for handicap but to CHARGE for the parking is a ripoff. I have gone several times to Hampton Inn in San Antonio but believe me, I do not consider staying there again. NOT 1 DAY DID THEY CLEAN OUR ROOM. Austin was only OK...

"The place was beautiful and clean with awesome location and pool. I DID NOT like how much parking was per night, I cant believe they can charge that much for guest that already pay alot per night, and restaurant service was poor. We sat waiting for service for a while and ended up just walking down to IHOP, we werent the only guest that ended up walking out. But over all i would return as long as i didnt have a vehicle."

"I love the location of this hotel. I’m able to walk along the Riverwalk. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that our shower/tub trained very slowly when ever we showered."

"the only item causing me to flag this hotel not as excellent is that during rush hour, due to folks trying to get on I-35 South, exiting the hotel parking lots can sometimes be a bit frustrating if folks won't let you in."

"The room was clean and well kept. The stay included a great breakfast and a happy hour between 5.30 and 7 pm, which included 3 free drinks each and a hot meal. The meal was absolutely superb. We didn’t have to pay for parking. I would definitely stay there again."
