"I was visiting Chaing Mai for a month of study, a woman traveling alone. Initially I read reviews for B2 and while they were older mediocre reviews, I didn’t book here. After arriving and staying in another hotel across the divided highway for a few days, I realized this hotel had everything I needed for a longer stay in the village of Su Thep. This hotel was a grand dame in her day, with a massive bright lobby complete with lots of seating space, two people at the front desk and security....

"The hotel was great and the staff was very accommodating there was just not much in the area. We where about a 13min drive from most things we wanted to do. "

"Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift. The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need. On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean. "

"My husband and I stayed here as a weekend escape from Guangzhou, China. It was a breath of fresh air! The driver was arranged to pick us up from the airport and the process was seamless. He was hospital and very accommodating. The room was so clean and comfortable and the food at the property was to die for! We did the Full Day excursion with the elephants and everything was perfect! "The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to assist us with extra things we needed. Room was comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Not sure it’s still 4star though."

"Sook and 3Pok Resort is a good way to unplug from the world! Sook and his team are very down to earth and treats their guests as family members. They make sure you’re taken care of and always having a good time. He’s very laid back and happy to chat away about what to do around the resort. Transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged by contacting Sook. Just note that this service has additional fee due to the distance of the resort from the airport (~1h drive up the mountain)....

"I liked that there western fast food options within walking distance. The hotel provided complimentary water and instant noodles. The reason it didn't give a perfect rating was that wi-fi was not reliable. I would definitely stay here again."
