"Thiis is not your typical smoky old casino resort not to mention the location is excellent! The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues during our stay; but you can tell that they were eager to resolve the issues quickly. I would choose this hotel again and very likely we will visit Reno again soon. "

"Overall, it was a good stay. My only complaint was that my shower was falling apart. The fixtures separating from the wall, no caulking to protect them from moisture, the tub enamel was chipped, and it looks corners of it were coming undone. Out of the entire remodel, the tub appears to be an after thought. The everything else about the room was excellent. You almost can’t tell it used to be a different motel. I would stay here again. "

"Tolle Unterkunft in Reno und ohne Casino. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich. DacParken im angrenzenden Parkhaus war kostenlos. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Riverwalk. Es gab genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten auch im Bad. "

"Große Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wir konnten unser Auto kostenlos elektrisch aufladen. Leider ein sehr hellhörigeres Zimmer, da wir ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre bekommen haben. Man konnte die Person im Nachbarzimmer hören. Der Wunsch, war, ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen. "
