"The service is excellent, and the hotel is very, very beautiful. It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special.
The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition.

"The shower had water so hot I had to turn it down. And the water pressure was amazing. This was the best shower I have ever used in Colombia. The bed was comfortable. The gym was tiny but met my needs with a treadmill, elliptical, some dumbells (10kg and less), a couple of light kettlebells, and a good AC unit.
