"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. "Good location and clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed was small and my friend had to sleep diagonally because he was too tall to sleep normally. Bathroom could be larger too for a 4 star hotel. "

"Two day stay. The pool is great. Make sure you get the "new" part of the hotel. There was no wi-fi in the old section and it was in poor condition. The new section was much better. "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"The place is walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria Mall and Pavilion Mall. The view from the Condo is amazing. It’s very secured. The condo is modern, very spacious, and very clean. Kenny, the host met us at the front lobby during our arrival and gave us a short tour of the condo. He was very attentive host, and answerd questions quickly and recommended sites for us to go. I would strongly recommend this place. "

Check in awal untuk group kami (7 rooms) juga dilayani dengan baik oleh receptionist dan manager hotel , hanya saja saat kami kembali sekitar pukul 15:00 untuk mengambil kunci kamar, petugas receptionist (laki) tidak ramah dan cara komunikasinya ketus. "The hotel located very close to the Bukit Bintang station and it’s shopping malls. The room itself it’s new, and has unique bathroom. They clean the room tidy. But on The negative side are there’s no mini fridge & the AC in the room aren’t cold even I put it on the lowest 18’ still warm. But overall still a pleasant stay. "
