"The first night had to call down the door did not have the security latch for extra safety, l couldn't change rooms because they were booked. That morning the guest on the first floor knocked on the door at 10am telling me my children was to loud, we were simply getting g ready to go out for the day. She kept hitting the ceiling with something hard, until l called the front desk to complain, because when l booked the reservation l put 2 toddlers and 2 adults , The following day they only left 2...

"The lobby area is a bit dated and in need of update. Has a Starbucks right next door. Walking distance to Gaslamp district. We stayed in updated rooms on 7th floor. The were well updated but small. Rooms were clean and offered coffee and bottled water."

"Prostitutes, lingering around the property. First room upon arrival around 11:15 PM the beds weren’t made. The shower was wet and the trash has not been taken out. Call down to get a new room second room ceiling from air conditioner vent was leaking water all over the floor.. there was a lady at the front desk, talking to the worker and looking for someone and asking if they knew the pimp’s name. Pool was closed."

"Demolition is what is going on not just construction. The "renovated room" we stayed in was tucked into a corner with a window of a closed in walk way. Felt like a prison. I don't care how low of a price they offer would not recommend."
