"The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Do not book this. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Stayed less than two hours before leaving and getting another place to stay. Airport shuttle does not work; waited on hold for over 45 mins just for the front desk to tell me the shuttle was out of service. Room was disgusting. Not safe. Would not recommend. "

"We were told at check in that the shuttle began running at 4 a.m. However, the next morning when we came down just before 4 to catch the shuttle, we were told it didn't begin until 4:30. We had a 6 a.m. flight so we had to hire an Uber. The room was very clean. My roommate said her bed was very uncomfortable. Mine was fine, however we'd had a super long day with cancelled flights so maybe I was too tired to notice! We left before the breakfast opened."

"Everything was great except for the breakfast situation. It seemed like they were trying to get more money from you by charging for things that other hotels give you for free. Like breakfast. You can buy it. $40+ for 2 people or $10 for 2 muffins and water. "
