"Excellent setting and great apart from three minor things. 1. For a hotel this size I would have expected hot drink making facilities in the room. 2. The pillows were soft and lumpy. 3. Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). "The hotel was great - perfect location, 10-15 mins to walk to Lego House, 5 mins to Legoland.
The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. The breakfast is comfortably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too - such fresh food and wide selection.
1 point to flag - the hotel has no air con in rooms and it was hot whilst we were there 30C plus. We had a fan that helped, but just to flag. Would...

"Værelset var placeret langt væk fra de øvrige faciliteter. Besværligt at skulle tage to elevatorer. Sengene var meget bløde og den ene seng meget kort. Tv’et var gammelt og meget lille. Morgenmaden var lækker og vi havde nogle sjove timer i vandlandet. "
