"The location was great for our itinerary... between Boston and Salem. However, the room key didn't work. Got it replaced, but one stopped working on the final day. The TV stopped working on the final day. The toilet didn't flush correctly unless you moved the tank lid to let the damper drop. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The soap holder was broken. There was a ton of garbage all over the area near the side door. NO free breakfast and it didn't look like anyone ate at the nearby...
