"We couldn’t use the hot tub cause it was way too busy for us to do so. I like how the room is set up. There is a hole in the shear curtains and the comforter has stains on it which is gross. We enjoyed the breakfast but felt like it made our digestion upset cause we both got stomach bug and gastrointestinal issues about 6 to 8 hours later and that was the only thing we had eaten during that time and only one lady was doing the breakfast all by herself. That breakfast was the morning of July 18th...

"It has a very good location. The AC worked great in the heat. The pool was clean and well kept. The breakfasts were great and the woman keeping things stocked was very friendly and helpful. The tub liked to drip, but other that that it was great. Expedia had a reservation, but the Crystal Inn did not receive it which caused a delay at check in."

"The room was very large with a sofa, bar microwave Refrigerator
And a bedroom.
They have a wonderful free breakfast and just remodeled the breakfast room.
I would definitely stay there again.

"The staff was amazing. Our refrigerator didn’t work so this cute guy from Hawaii in tape measure suspenders found us a new fridge. The room was like a studio apartment. The air conditioner stayed cool. The breakfast was amazing with pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Plus it was midway between downtown and kimball junction. Great hotel."
