"The Hotel was great since have been here before. The staff at the desk was overwhelmingly friendly and Very Very helpful, Sadly, we requested a ground floor room at booking, but the Hotel placed us on a Second Floor with no elevator. We are seniors and cannot carry all our stuff up the stairs. Happily, the staff member moved us to the First Floor for the same booking.
