"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. "Sehr kleines Zimmer, sehr kleines Badezimmer. Gerade sitzen auf der Toilette war nicht möglich. Eine
Toilettenbürste gab es selbst auf Nachfrage nicht! Frühstück war einfach und überschaubar und jeden Tag identisch.
Personal war freundlich, das Hotel selbst sonst aber sauber.

"The room itself was clean and the cleaning staff kept it well maintained. However, the bathroom had an unusual, unpleasant odor that never went away. We just kept the door closed so the smell wouldn't seep into the room.
The Wi-Fi worked just fine at all times.
The AC had issues. Now, I appreciated it when it did work because it seems that many places in Paris don't have AC, so again, I was glad to have it. But it went in and out, and sometimes it got very stuffy and hot in my room.
