"The room didn't get cleaned, or towels replaced, our first day. There was no soap in the shower. The room phone didn't work during our 3 day stay. The coffee at breakfast had a burnt taste 2 of 3 days. The plus side, the choices for breakfast were good. The oatmeal was very good. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but the weren't able to fix the phone and didn't ensure the room got cleaned the 1st day. The pillows were very comfortable and I would have purchased one but they weren't for sales"
