Check in awal untuk group kami (7 rooms) juga dilayani dengan baik oleh receptionist dan manager hotel , hanya saja saat kami kembali sekitar pukul 15:00 untuk mengambil kunci kamar, petugas receptionist (laki) tidak ramah dan cara komunikasinya ketus. "The hotel located very close to the Bukit Bintang station and it’s shopping malls. The room itself it’s new, and has unique bathroom. They clean the room tidy. But on The negative side are there’s no mini fridge & the AC in the room aren’t cold even I put it on the lowest 18’ still warm. But overall still a pleasant stay. "
