"This hotel is absolutely dreamy. We could easily move in and live here. Everything feels brand new, very well maintained, and cared for in every detail. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The food is very decent, perfect for easy, hassle-free meals during your stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that road access can be tricky, as the road leading to the property is not in good condition. Apart from that, it’s a fantastic place to stay."

"I was here with a girlfriend and would recommend this hotel for two females travelling together, as this hotel is safe and private. Our bungalow was very clean and lovely and it came with it's own private plunge pool which we loved. The main pool area is lovely and the food is very good. Best Nasi Goreng on this trip! Also great breakfast menu! Try the Turkish eggs - Poached eggs served with thick greek yoghurt. Game changer! The staff were very friendly and organised a scooter for us, laundry pick-up and a hair appointment. (Thank you Helen!) Nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking for a low key hidden gem, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had such a lovely stay at Mahameru. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and helpful. Any question or request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread of fresh, delicious options that made for a perfect start to each day. The whole place feels luxurious, from the beautiful setting to the thoughtful little touches throughout, yet it never felt stuffy. It was relaxing, welcoming, and exactly what we needed."
