"Signs in the room indicate that housekeeping would provide services every other day. They never entered our room. The woman at the front desk just said “I don’t control why they don’t do their job” when asked about it. This was the same woman who was talking on her cell speaker when we arrived to check in. "So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch.
