"The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. "I stayed for five days, but housekeeping came only once during my entire stay, which was very disappointing. There were no washer and dryer facilities available even in a common area, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The room was also missing basic amenities like a microwave, and the TV did not work during my stay.

"Not my first time in the Chicago area, however first time at this hotel. It was average at best. The property was clean, the staff at the front desk were nice as well. The breakfast was what you’d expect. The location was in a great spot as well. "The room was very clean. The arrangement well laid out. The only complaint is where the plugs were. One side of the bed had a power strip the other did not. You usually find others in lamps but this was not the case even at the desk I had to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop. "
