"Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The management oversold the rooms, and when my brother arrived, he was told there was no room available despite having a confirmed reservation. This created unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our plans. The staff was unhelpful, unsympathetic, and offered no reasonable solution for a problem they caused. A reservation should guarantee a room, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to sell more rooms than they can accommodate. I would not stay here again...

"Good value. Very few amenities. TV is essentially useless and I really don't need it. The rooms have a slightly unpleasant odor but not enough to give up up the good price. There are areas right outside the property that are trashy. Don't look.
Plenty of parking. Good places to eat close by. I feel safe. Rooms are clean. Very central location in the RDU area.
Very little staff. Always pleasant and brief."

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues.
The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."
