"Doorkey took 3-4 trips back to front desk to actually work. So very frustrating! No phone charging ports which in this day and age is unbelievable!! The worst and most disappointing thing were the rude people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious waking us up. Won’t be coming back. "

"THIS REVIEW DOES NOT MENTION MONEY, IT HAS NO PROFANITY AND IT HAS NO PERSONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE POST OR HELP. I BOOKED THE ROOM THRU EXPEDIA. MY CONCERT IN RIVERHEAD WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE BLIZZARD. I CANCELLED THE ROOM AND ASKED NOT TO BE CHARGED. EXPEDIA SAID THE HYATT NEVER GOT BACK TO THEM. THEY WOULD HAVE DELETED THE CHARGE IF HYATT SAID OK. NO NOT HAPPY.
