"I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced."

"The location is very convenient in the new town, acess is very easy from airport, no traffic jams. The breakfast buffet has wide spread and quality was good, the overall cleanliness and service was good and satisfactory. Suggestion 1. Shaving razor kept in room,quality is little poor shall be improved. 2. Please keep one sleeper in room for guest use. 3. "Good location but my room was so dirty, I bought cleaning products for bathroom. There were cockroaches. Breakfast was not provided as promised on my booking. I could see into the staff area and it was very untidy/dirty. I found staff were hard to communicate with. The doorman/security was nice/helpful. "
