"Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!"

"This property located one of the prime location.
Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
