"The hotel is very old so if you want something modern this is not where to go. The elevators are very slow and old better to take the stairs but the carpets are all broken. For the price I would have expected a bigger room and bathroom."

"Great location. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to be happy working there. Breakfast was very good and the lady preparing and serving did an excellent job. Elevators were a bit small, but expected in an older building. Would definitely stay there again."

"DeMario was a terrific help at the front desk every day! Staff was great and the room terrific and met l our needs. Shower great, TV not a high quality but it worked quite well. Only downside was a poor internet that would not allow me to listen to many podcasts and was slow on our gadgets. Gym was great too! Obviously the location was superb with shops and restaurants everywhere and we could walk to most everything in the Loop! This element is very important for travelers and needs serious...

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"Staff were brilliant, checked us is early at no cost. Rooms are comfortable, smart TV with Netflix etc, parking was easy with no extra charge, and it's about a 7 - 10 minute walk to a bus stop or Metra (this is different from the CTA), that takes you to the middle of the city (Millennium Park) in less than half hour, location of hotel is great, nice area, coffee shops and restaurants close by, and on Lake Michigan with great views of the city (not from hotel itself, but within a 2 minute walk)....

"The location is amazing, the room is clean, the view is amazing, definitely I’m going back!"

"Nice hotel and location was perfect."
