Everything was just okay. Interior of the room had some problems, including all the doors having messed up hinges so you had to lift the doors to close them properly.
We brought our 3 boys, youngest being 6 months. At checkin, we said we'd need a crib / pack & play. We were told one would be brought up, so we unpacked and headed out for dinner. A few hours later we got back and one was never brought up so we called right away to have one brought up, we were told one would be brought up. 20 minutes later and with a baby ready for sleep, one was not brought up, so we called and asked for one a third time, and was finally brought up.
Last issue was that the room specificlaly has a dishwasher, but evidently it's not to be used, because there's no soap in the rooms and when calling for soap, you're asked to come all the way down to the lobby to get some from the front desk... where they only give you dish soap and look at you like you're crazy for asking for the dishwasher soap.
