"The overall stay was pretty decent. Checking in, the lobby was pretty noisy and I couldn't hear the lady checking me in hardly. Only complaint I have. TV didn't work but that didn't really matter to us. The rooms were quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast options were plentiful. "

The only reason I’m doing 4 stars overall and 3 for property facilities is because after we had checked in, we got the kids ready for the pool and when we got down there, it was pretty gross - like oil at the top of it or something. But that’s our only complaint, the pool was just not up to par for what I would have imagined for a Sheraton. "
