"Breakfast was fantastic included in my package for 2. Everything was beautiful. 15 min from airport flat $35 fee. No need to rent car the resort is huge. Soundwaves experience a little expensive but mainly for the kids under 14. Adults must accompany kids under 16 but they dont have to pay full orice and sadly they dont tell u that either. I learned from reviews. Silent party Boat ride on premises and they give u earphones and light sticks...cheaper b4 6pm. Still I think a little pricey for a 15...

"Very clean and nice. Check in was a little tricky but once we figured it out it wasn’t too bad. It’s dead ass in the middle of the hood, so have situational awareness. Security was in the parking lot so that was good "

"When we first arrived, we had an issue with the air-conditioning and with one quick phone call to the front desk, building maintenance was in the room within 10 minutes to take care of the problem. Excellent customer service! As a side note, if you are looking to spend most of your time downtown at the bars and restaurants, this is kind of a hike to walk there. You’re better off having a rental car or being prepared to pay an astronomical amount of money to Uber."

"Loved the lobby and bar area. Our room was spacious and clean. It’s a non-smoking hotel but definitely had marijuana smell seeping into our room. Staff was lovely. Close to Broadway and all the action."
