"We just stayed at the Wayback this past weekend. It was my daughter’s wedding and we had over 20 rooms. I can’t say enough about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was beautiful. The food was wonderful. We had a rehearsal party for over 60 people and the food and drinks were out of this world!!!!! Looooooved this hotel "

"Pay attention to the dates the outdoor water park opens bc it was not open and I was not aware until we were there. Staff great 10/10.. "

"The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. We had a village view room which is a view of the shopping areas. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled great! The hotel is located in a great location, especially with having kids. The food was great at Finn’s! Live music with dinner made for a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in April which allowed for fantastic views of the fountain and the Smokey Mountains! We did not bring any pets on this visit."

"Did not even stay. Took one look around and left. Room locked like it was not even clean. Beds looked dirty and bedding looked unwashed. Beds extremely uncomfortable. They also wanted 100$ down and then charged my credit card 270$ after the fact. I am still hoping to get my money back."
