"Left within an hour. Staff made my daughter cry due to slides being closed every 5 minutes and when they were open, they fussed about zipper on bathing suit and life jackets. Plus, candy kitchen was closed."

"The amenities were great! We enjoyed them very much. However the sofa bed was terrible, it was all springs and we have guest with back problems. It was unusable. Also in the bathroom the shower bar was broken in half and there was a dip in the tub. When I touched it I could feel that it was cracked under the mat."

"The rooms are beautiful, clean, has all the conveniences of home. We loved it!! The views are absolutely incredible. And seeing the Mama bear and her 3 little cubs in their natural habitat was indescribable. The staff were Amazing and there's plenty to do just on site. Highly recommend this place!!"

"I was not happy with the hotel I booked my room with a king bed paid for a king bed room when I arrived to check in I was told the changed my reservation to two queen beds because they had to even out the hotel and they were over booked. . If I wanted two queen beds I would have booked that kind of a room . When I asked about the price he told me it was the same and I’m pretty sure I had to pay more the king bed room but they wouldn’t do anything about it."

Immediately upon entry I inspect beds at all lodging as a precaution, and comforter had what appeared to be a dirty footprint from someone’s shoe almost right in the middle, unsure if it was just residual pigment from a washed out stain.
