"It was an ok stay, but wouldn’t stay again because the vanity/sink/mirror is located outside of the bathroom, making it incredibly difficult to have any privacy when getting ready for the day. "

"We arrived after 9pm so the lobby was closed. We just called them before arriving and the wonderful worker got me all checked in over the phone! She was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation."

"The pillows were flat. The mattresses are awful and my back is killing me. The pictures look absolutely nothing like real life. The pool is not bright blue and beautiful it’s closed and looks abandoned. The entire property looks like a renovated insane asylum, complete with long obviously painted over hallways with handrails. The breakfast was stale cereal not a single person is going to eat, bananas, and apples."

"The lady that checked us in was just on her third day. She was nice and funny, a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and stocked with what we needed for cleaning up. The parking was great and could walk to some restaurants. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast, threw the eggs away after one bite. Very odd taste. And the doors to the lobby were locked where we couldn’t even get coffee after hours until 7am. I’ve never stayed anywhere that coffee wasn’t available or at least coffee in...

"We had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere for the resort is peaceful and calming as it is fully nestled in the woods but has amazing views of the mountains. Even if you do not have a mountain view room, there is an observation deck for everyone and the lobby has several floor to ceiling windows with comfy seating with the same amazing views. "Bathrooms have a separate water closet (should be required in all hotels). Breakfast buffet was OK. Good selection. The front desk made this stay. Blaise went out of his way to help us with the reservation: he turned 2 separate one night reservations with diffferent rooms (all that was available) into a contiguous stay in one room. And he was professional and courteous each time we saw him over the weekend. "

"The TV remote was very difficult to use--buttons had been pushed so much that you practically had to pound them to get the buttons to work! Needed batteries? The toilet moved when you went to sit on it---needs to be rebolted to the floor. The heater/air conditioning unit in window worked but the temperature proved uneven most of the night forcing us to get up constantly and adjust it.l The morning breakfast was OK but selection could have been better."
