"The AC leaked in the floor, I got a master suite for the jacuzzi tub and it barely worked, there was roaches in our room a refund is adequate as I told the staff about it and nothing was done! Do better Wyndham"

"For years, I have considered this a reliable destination where I knew exactly what to expect in terms of excellence. However, our recent stay was an eye-opening experience that confirmed the facility has undergone a drastic shift in philosophy, trading its once-stellar reputation for a bottom-line-focused approach that feels decidedly "cheap."
The front desk staff were wonderful. They were a saving grace. The housekeeping team does a stellar job. Our room was impeccably clean upon arrival....

"I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. "
