Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. "The smell everywhere in the hotel is really toxic. There is a strong smell of vaporised artificial perfume which seems to be to mask some mould smell. But it literally made me ill and prevented me from sleeping. The towels were to me unusable because of this strong artificial smell. Unfortunately this was a really terrible stay for me. It was also raining hard and very slippy on the hotel floor and one of my colleagues had a terrible fall. It took a while for staff to take care of the situation or to place signs to be extra careful."
