"I am surprised that this is a well liked property. Most staff don’t understand English or Tamil. Property had a musky odor in hall ways. The room had a weird smell and I decided to cut my losses and checkout a day early. Will never recommend this property to anyone. On top of that, Ginger blatantly violates government order by not providing dormitory facility for drivers. I will also be reporting this facility to the Government of Tamil Nadu"

"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! "Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didn’t provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in. The only positive was the staff were responsive. "
