"Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!"

"Hotel staff and amenities made our vacation to Mystic wonderful! My wife and I loved reading around the pool after breakfast while soaking in the sun. The included breakfast was filling with a reasonable selection of bagels and cereal. The hotel itself is a great location for checking out Old Mistick village and a very easy drive to downtown Mystic. We will be staying here again during our next trip!"

"We booked a three-day stay at the hotel. A few hours after our arrival, while spending time at the outdoor pool, we discovered a tick attached to our four-year-old daughter's ear.
It was an incredibly distressing experience. We had to rush to the emergency room, where she was prescribed antibiotics. Consequently, she was strictly forbidden from being exposed to the sun, which completely ruined the rest of our vacation.
