"I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable...

"I stayed the night of May 5th and had stayed at this property several times as I have a student at DSU. This was by far the worst and I am considering cancelling my future reservations. The TV did not work initially (no signal) and the person who came to fix it Tuesday evening around 8 PM spent more time playing video games on his phone in my room than fixing the TV.
