"Every staff member that we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The water bottles on check in and rice Krispies for the kids on check out definitely made for huge smiles.
My only complaints would be that breakfast was cold and dry on our first morning and the pool was cold."

"The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!"
