"Great beds and bedding. Up to date charging for phones, check in was easy. Didn’t have breakfast since we had to be at the airport at 4am. Convenient shuttle service. Very clean.

"Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. The only complaint we had was our room key kept freezing daily and we had to get a new one 2x and on the third day a new person, who was very helpful, said previously whoever made our keys kept doing it for 1 day only. Which isn’t the worse but definitely an inconvenience. We were also there for 4 days and not once did we get any room service. I’m not sure is that’s something you have to ask for but never...

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."

"The hotel is ok nothing extraordinary just a standard hotel. Whoever wrote about the breakfast being good was out of their damn minds. If you are booking it for the breakfast go elsewhere. It isn’t good at all."
