Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant. Breakfast was great, the kids enjoyed the pool. The pool seating was pretty good considering the large number of guests in the area. We didn't get to enjoy the complimentary midday snack meal with drinks or the popcorn due to our late arrival. Will definitely stay here again.

Some of the front counter staff were rude. The hotel was freezing and several people were complaining. Not enough elevators to handle the amount of traffic in peak season. Breakfasts and happy hour food was rotated every day for three days and then rotated over again. If you’re there for more than three days you may be disappointed. They did have a staff member making fresh pancakes at breakfast. That was a plus. The free happy hour drinks were a nice bonus but they only had one bartender which made for long waits in line. The evening hours bar and kitchen was pricey. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the shampoo and conditioner that was provided in ample quantity. The pool and spa were being enjoyed by a lot of the guests. There is a coin op laundry. No safes in the rooms. In my opinion it was just an average hotel. There were good things and some not so good things.

An amazing place to stay! Every time I trave to Colorado Springs I stay at this hotel. Short walk from a Mainevent, movie theater, Sheels, and 10-15 restaurants ranging from fast food to fancy sit-down restaurants. Top notch breakfast every morning! Went here because the Drury inn has way better amenities than the Great Wolf Lodge. Being 4th of July weekend, this hotel was packed! Even though it was like navigating through NewYork rush hour during meal time, the staff tried to keep the area as clean as they could. Definitely worth the stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury in Colorado Springs. This was our first experience with the Drury chain and we have been sold! I was a little skeptical of the price tag when booking, but we had a large suite including a living area with a pull-out couch and a separate bedroom with two queen-size beds. The room was fairly basic, but everything was clean and we felt right at home. The breakfast was good and we often brought the food back up to our room so the kids could sleep in. The kick-back meals and drinks in the evening were delicious and made you really feel like you were getting your money's worth. My husband and I each had just one drink since we were traveling with our kids and adjusting to the higher elevation, but the cocktails we ordered were excellent. The area the hotel is in feels new/upcoming, very safe, and is not far (15-20ish minutes) from all of the major attractions in southern Colorado Springs. One small note would be that I had hoped for a mountain view on the opposite side of the building, though I understand that may not have been possible given the property layout. (Our room faced the parking area, and construction nearby caused some morning noise.) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily choose Drury Hotels again for future travels.

This is the GREATEST budget friendly hotel at which I’ve ever lodged! Free (and good) breakfast, dinner, and drinks! There is also an onsite restaurant! We arrived to popcorn popping in the lobby, which was offered at no cost, along with fruit diffused water. This property is well placed with lots of dining within walking distance. The staff is fun, helpful and very friendly! I was so amazed at what we experienced for what we paid, I asked if this happened at every Drury hotel, and it does! Don’t miss this…or do miss this so rooms will be available when I book again!
