"I decided to extend a night, and the cost at the hotel I was staying at was excessive, so I checked for an alternative. This historic hotel had a very reasonable price for a Saturday night. It is very old and retrofitted, but they did a nice job and the rooms have everything you need. the on-site bar and restaurant was also very nice. It is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants."

"We stayed here for 2 days on our honeymoon in Colorado we asked for room service multiple times and it never happened i had to request towels on 3 separate occasions and they never brought them up to our room i had to go to the front desk and get them. Hotel over all was very run down and not very pleasant outlets on the walls didn’t work in the room broken light bulbs mold on the ceiling in the bathroombreakfast was ice cold and the pool was closed so that wasn’t something we could enjoy"

"The room was nice and clean and the swimming pool was nicer then most hotel pools Ive been too and the arcade room was cool but some games didn't work and there were three big problems. 1. The room key just randomly stop working which was a big deal because of reason number 2 and having to go to the lobby to fix it. 2. The hotel is a huge two story building with stairs going up and down everywhere. With one elevator in the lobby which goes to "second floor" but to get to our room on "second...

"Parking was frustrating because you couldn’t park outside your room - it was packed. And the breakfast was ok. It overall was clean and the room was nice. Would have liked a better breakfast for the cost of the room but oh well."

"My kids absolutely loved the water slide! Location right by the gondola to the adventure park was great and was walkable to restaurants and the hot springs. Beds were comfortable. Only bummer was the hot tub was closed."

"Rooms were fabulous- had every amenity if you wanted to prepare meals. The pool was definitely heated and the 4 differently shaped hot tubs were such fun. The fire pit was delightful in the evening. The shuttle service back and forth to town was very convenient. Staff very friendly and accommodating"
