"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. "The Expedia rating does not represent the reality of the property. The hotel is old and remodeled cheaply. the breakfast is Poptarts and coffee. The price is appropriate. It is located on the highway and is very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want a place to sleep."

I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. "In the heart of Montrose and can walk to shops and restaurants. Not gar from the Black Canyon. Comfortable and modern room with an attached bar and restaurant where you can wind down after a day of sightseeing."

"Room was nice, check in staff was very polite and gave us honest opinions and thoughts which were very much appreciated."

"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."

"The staff was delightful. We've stayed here twice. They even have a staff person to fix eggs to order in the breakfast room. My note to myself next time, however, is to remember to bring tip money. Such good service should be rewarded1"

"Everything about the room was great. Only complaint is a house near the property has dogs and apparently the dog owner has no problem leaving them out at night and letting them bark. We ended up calling the Ouray County Sheriff to come and mitigate this after 45 minutes of barking that started at 2:30 a.m."
