"Pictures online do not match reality. Old, worn furniture. Had to throw my shoulder against the door to get it open. Minimal furnishings. Light switches did not work. Bathtub cracked and dirty. Bathroom door missing chunks out of it. Checked out after 10 minutes. Manager was not surprised we didn’t want to stay and was not shocked when we described all that was wrong with the room."

"This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. The water temperature is also unpredictable, turning hot when the knob is turned to the cold position and vice versa. Overall, it's a...

"Never been asked to pay $25 to check in early. Dunno if that’s a new thing but we didn’t pay it (and never will)! Walls and floors must be very thin based upon the amount of noise we heard from above and next door. Can’t complain about cleanliness. Continental breakfast was mostly non existent. Looked like they put food out when it opened and never came back to refill. Saw numerous people looking for someone at front desk but nobody was around. Not very impressed."

"This is a dog hotel - with fenced out patios. Location is right next to the main thoroughfare, so be prepared for noise early in the morning. Too expensive for its location. Gravely parking. No breakfast except coffee. Nice staff."
