"Hot Tub was the highlight of the stay. Room and Bath were comfortable and clean, although outdated. Fire place was a nice touch and would have loved to be able to use grill. A fine location and value for a quick getaway to the mountains…"

"The cabinet itself was cute, but the cleaners do not do a good job. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty and also left inside in the bottom drawer was butter and ketchup from the previous guest. Behind the bathroom doors and all the doors was dirty. Could not use the gas grill because it was caked with grease and food from the prior stay there was grease underneath it all over the deck which is a fire hazard and they have a Sign please clean the grill...

"Love the Staff. Only challenge was how far from downtown if you want to go downtown with outca car Bus system doesn't run there until July"

"The place needs a complete renovation. The room, despite needing updated renovations was as clean as it could be. There is no air conditioning. I’m from TX and discovered that not many structures in CO have air conditioning, so I can’t hold that against them. It’s close to Grand Lake downtown just a few miles down the road. Management is not onsite and reticent to answer texts."

"Hot tub and staff were wonderful. Difficult to cook because of the tiny space. Stairs leading up to the cabin are hard for the elderly."

"Room was clean, but fabric armchairs were pretty worn out and stained. Carpet was stained too. Soap was decent and good lotion was provided. Continental breakfast had no hot food, except for 1 waffle maker, but lots of topping options. Walls were thin, could hear neighbors rustling around up stairs and everything outside our door. Hot tub and indoor pool was enjoyable and relaxing"
